Susi Zijderveld is an experienced (non)executive chair of the board. She has a legal background (at Stibbe law firm) and a proven track record in (digital)transformations, optimizing business processes, improving (operational) performance, and normalizing difficult relations. Highly capable of realizing solutions in conflict situations. She has various supervisory board positions (inter alia NIBC and two NGOs) and is an interim executive. She previously worked at De Nederlandsche Bank, CBR, NS, and KvK on the executive board.
