Marlou Banning has broad experience in both executive (Dutch central bank) and non-executive roles (Worldpress, Keukenhof). She has a master’s degree in law and a master’s in Organisational Psychology. She is an experienced negotiator and has extensive experience with labour relations. She currently holds a position as CFO at the Dutch Air Traffic Control.
