Mark Geurts is a seasoned general counsel and business executive. He obtained master’s degrees in law from Leiden University and London University, as well as an executive MBA from Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus), and Mark has 30 years of experience in international M&A and business law. He has extensive corporate experience through positions in a variety of executive committees and supervisory boards. Managing complex negotiations and guiding parties in business conflicts is Mark’s strong suit.
