Mark Geurts is the General Counsel of VARO Energy, mediator, and arbitrator. He obtained master’s degrees in law from Leiden University and London University, as well as an executive MBA from Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus), and Mark has 30 years of experience in international trade, logistics, joint ventures, M&A, corporate governance, insurance matters, and dispute settlement. He has extensive corporate and business experience through positions in a variety of executive committees and supervisory boards. Managing complex negotiations and guiding parties in business conflicts is Mark’s strong suit.
